Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At ProShine Supply, we take pride in the quality of our car detailing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

The item must not be listed as a non-returnable product (see below).

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@proshinessupply.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement at no charge.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@proshinessupply.com.au and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or partially used chemical products (e.g. polishes, waxes, degreasers, coatings).

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code, unless faulty.

Gift cards.

Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper application, or negligence.

Any item not in its original condition or missing original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@proshinessupply.com.au. Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
We will assess your claim and, where valid, arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ProShine Supply is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Return address details will be provided upon return authorisation.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. For more information, visit the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au.
